Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of service.

Availability

• Waiting time is around 1 month. It is recommended to book a slot 1 month in advance.
• Turn around time is around 1-2 weeks after sketch approval. This is per piece of work you order. Expect longer wait time if you ordered more than 1 work.
• I do not usually work with rush deadlines. If you require, a rush fee will be applicable depending on how many people there are in the queue

Payment

• Payment methods accepted are Paypal (invoice), Paynow or Paylah
• All prices are in USD
• I require at least a 50% deposit to secure your slot. Rest of 50% to be paid after sketch approval. Upfront full is also ok.
• Clients are first-come-first-serve basis. Your slot will be higher in queue if you make the deposit quicker.
• Please only place an order if you're sure you want to commission me. I do not accept refunds once the deposit has been made. There will be no deposit refund even if you decide to give up the commission before the sketch stage.

Communication

• My communication stages are usually coloured sketch then final preview. If you require more updates midway, feel free to ask and I'll provide.
• I will send the final files via a Google drive folder link
• Please remain contactable until work has been finalised. I will proceed with the commission after 3 days if I do not receive any reply to my updates.

Use

• Personal, social media and indie stream use is OK
• Commercial fee will be charged x2.5 of total price. This applies to using my work as merchandising, making profit or if you're a corporate company. (VTuber models are an exception as they already come with it)
• Cover song use is OK unless you have distributing rights to it, commercial fee will be applicable

Artist rights

• As the original artist, I still reserve the rights, credits and ownership to the original artwork
• I have the right to use the artwork as part of my portfolio and post it on my social media
• Crediting me is appreciated but I do not allow the credit to be claimed by someone else
• I may reject your commission request if I feel that I am unable to meet your needs
• I have the right to fully refund the client at any time if I feel that I am being mistreated or there is an unfortunate circumstance that makes me unable to continue the work

Thanks for reading my Terms of Service. If it's your first time commissioning, you're entitled to a $5 discount on your first order above $50 if you quote 'strawberry tea' when DM-ing me!

I only do custom designs by me.
I DO NOT do male designs anymore. If you would really like, an extra fee will apply.

FAQ

• I commissioned a character design from you before, I'd like you to make it into a VTuber model now, is that okay?
Yes that is fine! You're entitled to $50 off to the model/package!
• Do I need to pay commercial fee if I want to use the model for my activities?
No need! Commercial rights are included in the pricings.
• Can I re-sell the model in the future?
Yes you can! Just remember to include my name as the artist.
• Why do you not do male models anymore?
I've been getting too many requests for male designs when I enjoy doing feminine designs more. Plus, I have more ideas in female designs.
• My character's gender is a male but they look feminine and dress up like a girl, do you do that too?
Sure! Your character lore is whatever you'd like it to be. I just prefer to do female/feminine looking designs.
• Why is your rigging service so cheap/provide for free?
I'm just a beginner at rigging and I don't want clients to expect a high quality rig from me, I'm still learning! So the most is I ask to pay for my time.
• Do you do half-body models?
I only do full body models and design, unless being half-body is part of your character design.
